Housekeeping ignored the "do not disturb" sign and entered the room, which resulted in a hot room with the balcony door left open.

The location was great, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the staff was friendly and quick to refill anything that ran out.
The air conditioning was weak and made strange noises, making it hard to sleep at night. Housekeeping ignored the "do not disturb" sign and came in the room, turning off the AC and leaving the balcony door open, letting in the afternoon sun.

Great Breakfast and Location
I stayed at this hotel for my city break and I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options and was delicious. The location was also very convenient, close to the city centre and with easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms were quite small and cramped, with no space to place our luggage. , the furniture was outdated and needed some renovation.
